Get in touch, and we will answer properly
WhatsApp during island hours is the fastest way to reach us. Email is fine and slower. Whichever you use, tell us four things and we can give you a real answer rather than a brochure.
How to reach us
WhatsApp is the fastest channel during island hours and typically gets a reply inside two hours. Email reaches the same people and takes up to one working day. We do not use a chat widget, an automated assistant or a call centre, so out of hours nothing answers at all - which we prefer to a bot that wastes your time.
Where we are
Duong Dong, Phu Quoc, Vietnam
07:00 - 20:00, Mon - Sun (GMT+7)
We are happy to meet in person, and we would usually rather come to a coffee shop near where you are staying than have you drive to us. Say when and where in your message.
What to tell us in a first message
- Which day or days interest you, or what kind of thing you are after if you do not know yet.
- Roughly when - exact dates are better, but a week is enough to check availability.
- How many of you, and the ages of anyone under fourteen, because minimum ages differ by trip.
- Where you are staying, if you know, because it decides pick-up times and whether a supplement applies.
Anything else can wait. We will reply with what is available, an exact price for your party size and, where we think a different day would suit you better, we will say so.
Or use the form below
It reaches the same inbox and asks for the same four things, plus anything else you want to add.
Payments, and how to know it is really us
Our bank details do not change, we never send them from a free email address, and we never ask for payment to a different beneficiary at short notice.
Stop and call the number above - the one on this page, which you looked up yourself - before transferring anything. Payment redirection fraud against small tour operators in Vietnam is common, and a phone call is the only defence that reliably works.
We also never ask for passport scans or copies of your card. No trip on this website requires either.
Response times, honestly
| Channel | Typical reply | Out of hours |
|---|---|---|
| Under 2 hours during island hours | Next morning | |
| Up to 1 working day | Next working day | |
| The form on this site | Up to 1 working day | Next working day |
| Phone | Immediately during island hours | Not answered |
| Guests currently travelling with us | Any hour, on the number we issue | Any hour |
The last row is the one that matters. Guests on a trip get a number that is monitored outside office hours. Everyone else gets island hours, and we would rather tell you that than claim a 24/7 service we do not staff.
Questions travellers ask most
What is the fastest way to reach you?
WhatsApp during island hours, which are GMT+7. Under two hours is typical.
Email and the enquiry form reach the same people and take up to a working day.
Can you help if we have not booked with you?
With a question, yes, within reason. We answer questions about ferry times, whether a beach is worth the drive and where to eat from people who never book anything.
It costs us very little and it has been worth more than the time.
Do you answer at weekends?
Yes. We run trips seven days a week, so the difference between a Saturday and a Tuesday is small for us.
Tet is the exception, when we genuinely stop for several days.
What if we need you urgently while we are on the island?
Use the number issued with your booking, which is monitored outside office hours for guests currently travelling.
For a real emergency call the local emergency services first, then us.
